I was at the Coffee/Wine Bar last Saturday, May 8, 2010! I was there and had a few COLD Beers! I hardly ever do that at all, but the Bartender, Clay, sure made me feel very welcome and you should feel blessed to have him work at the Hotel!
So, I want to say a special THANK YOU to Clay and Zach! They sure made my day much better! I will come back when it's possible!
Thanks,

Just wanted to [let you] know you have a beautiful place and a wonderful staff. They made our women's weekend April 16-18 very memorable. Your wonderful waiter Zach seemed to go out of his way to make us feel very special, along with all the rest of the staff including maid service. I have done nothing but rave about my experience and look forward to coming there again soon. I have also recommended you to several friends for a weekend getaway. Again, Thank You for a wonderful time and experience.

Susan,
My family was at your hotel this past weekend and we want to thank you and your staff for a wonderful time. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and a joy to walk around. The staff was helpful, cheerful and professional. When we asked the front desk for extra towels they were prompt to answer and deliver. The food in the restaurant at supper, breakfast and brunch was excellent. My kids enjoyed listening to the jazz band on the patio Saturday night, and we rested well that evening after going to the azalea festival 'Little Princess Tea' and touring the city.
On Sunday, Brent took us on a tour of the banquet facilities and meeting rooms while showing us the historical pictures/photos on the walls. My kids were impressed and so was I.
You have done a wonderful job with the facility and I commend you for the team that you have assembled. We look forward to coming back and staying with you again.
Sincerely,
Bryan D.

P.S. We met a man at a Christian bookstore on Brick Street who spoke well of you. He asked if we were looking for somewhere to eat that evening and I said we would probably eat at the Fredonia. He said you were a friend of his and the food was great there at the hotel.

Ms. Reents,
I cannot find the words to express to you and your staff the gratitude I feel for everyone of them working so hard to make the Toddlers & Tiaras Groovy Girls Pageant such an amazing success. After my first pageant for TLC being a huge hit the crew requested to come back to my area for another pageant. I just knew Nacogdoches would be the perfect spot to showcase this event. I began speaking with Krysta Jones several months ago and lining all details up for the event. She was amazing to work with each time we spoke, she made me feel at ease and confident that everything would go smoothly. Boy was she right! Each one of your staff went above and beyond for not only me and my staff and the Film crew BUT every contestant that I have spoken to has had nothing but RAVE reviews and several are even planning to come back for certain events you guys have in the future. I understand that you are in the service business BUT sad to say that is Not how sometimes it works. You have trained each and every person in your organization what it means to make people feel special and they honestly cared. Kudos to each and everyone of the crew that works for you on there hard work and dedication to there job.
Thank You,
Tonya Bailey

*PS - The staff is dying to come back, so I was not surprised to get a call from the head producer in the production company asking for a third show to start for season four. Filming will be sometimes in the fall and I will have a better idea in the summer. We would LOVE to come back !!

The Hotel Fredonia is a place that connects me with many wonderful memories of the past in Nacogdoches with family. I vividly remember Sunday lunch with my grandparents after services at the First Methodist Church across the street and most recently we held a beautiful reception for our youngest daughter and son-in-law in the Grand Ballroom after their wedding. This lovely little jewel provides a comfortable venue for making memories as we continue to gather with our family when the occasion arises. Five generations of our family have enjoyed the food, fun, fine folks and service of the Hotel Fredonia.
